We were told that there is drive-up access at another entrance, but that does not solve the problem because there is no wheel chair assistance available to take her through the long hallways to the casino floor. That is very strenuous for her and she once came close to passing out. As a result, we now have to assist her in walking to the parking structure. Our stated need for handicap access did not influence any consideration by the attendants. We were able to wait in line for about 45 minutes a couple of times, but we were directed away from the area on other occasions. There is a sign that states that the left most lane can be used for handicap access, but that is rarely possible because of the dozens of cars parked there that have not yet been moved by the valet attendants. All of the lanes to the front door are now dedicated to valet parking. We were then able to pick her up at the same spot a few hours later.

She was able to walk the short distance from there to her favorite machines. For years, we were able to drive her to the front door. The casino has physically grown significantly over the past year however, their accommodations for handicapped have diminished. She likes to go to this casino at least twice a week whenever she is on one of her extended stays with us. My elderly mother is not able to walk very far unassisted.

I go straight to Bingo Hall, then straight out! No more stopping at a machine, because I can go straight to a trash can and throw it in-a lot faster! Really. Now I time my Bingo trip to leave me no time for machines anymore. I also come for Bingo, and if not for Bingo, would not come back. Yes, that is what I bring, and at most places, $500 will last at least an hour or two. Café is ok when you can get in (off hours) and the food court is like that of any mall-nothing to boast about.īut, after about 20 trips now, absolutely the tightest non-paying machines ever! Sure there may be one person who wins a jackpot and talks endlessly about it, but what I hope for is my $500 last awhile. Pechanga does have a nice garage, a bit of a haul getting to the casino, once in it is very nice, VERY SMOKEY, and sometimes on weekends you cannot find a machine to sit at let alone two together to play with a friend. I have been all over Vegas and to almost every Indian Casino (Barona, Harrahs, Valley View) just to name a few. I expect to get some entertainment for my money. No one should go to a casino and expect to win or be upset when they don't.
